In our last post about Cataclysm we took a look at the starting experience for the new races being introduced, the Worgen and the Goblin. This time we'll be taking a look at the first two levelling zones that Blizzard has provided the level 80 players who want to get started on the road to 85. In addition to that we will also look at the refresh of the Talent Tree system which is receiving an overhaul in the latest expansion.

When it comes to car based racing games enthusiasts are spoiled for choice. Arcade style racers, demolition derbies, huge technical simulations that require an understanding of complex mechanics to get the most from... They're all there. Motorbike fans aren't so lucky, almost as if some kind of mechanical Animal Farm logic was in place - four wheels good, two wheels bad. It's a terrible prejudice, especially considering the fact that the speed and danger of motorbike racing makes it perfect to transfer into the virtual gaming world.

There aren't many games that manage to break free from their cultural shackles and find an audience among new people. It is even all the more unlikely when the game in question is a representation of something real, something that the consumer would have little exposure to as part of their daily routine. Yet none of that stopped the Madden franchise becoming a rip roaring success across Europe where "American Football" is far from popular.

The title of the game conjours up images of those macho magazine subscriptions that come with a hardback folder as a free gift with issue one. As such expect a dry, technical tank based simulation with loads and loads of information for military enthusiasts and a technically accurate control system that requires reading a five hundred page manual, right?
